My advice is to go somewhere else. I have had two oil changes there, one took 1.5 hours the other 2 hours. I had an appointment for each and I was the only customer in the store for one. I suspect the alignment check is a scam. the car was close on the first, so I elected to pass. The next time I went, it checked OK!
