I drove all the way to this Sephora to avoid going to the keystone location after a really bad experience. I am SO glad I made the drive.
Everyone in the store was very professional. The manager helped me find a fragrance sample and offered a few more samples after I told her what I liked.
There is a large selection and they didn’t have a bunch of stuff out of stock like the one in keystone always seemed too. I think the staff here are friendlier and more laid back. They also have more of the sale items than the one at keystone.
The store itself is clean and bright, with lots of well stocked swatch stations. Overall I was very impressed by the service and the team, and I will definitely be returning again.

I love Sephora. Both online and in person. It’s so easy to spend sooo much money there. This new Southside location is great. They have a much better selection than the one that was (is?) in the JC Penney in the mall. You know what you are getting with a Sephora and this one doesn’t disappoint, not quite as wide of a selection as the Keystone one but a more economical one.
