Good food, Daniel services it was great! The only thing I don’t liked it was the dinning room where we was eating, very small, a lot of people, but in general was a good experience.

I love Bin 112! I am never ever disappointed in the service! It is always superlative. David is m our favorite server. The food is amazing! The clams are absolutely wonderful. The Bin Stack is heaven on a plate. We can’t leave without our favorite desert. The hot lava flourless cake with vanilla ice cream is decadence worth every single calorie. Don’t take my word for it! Get on the phone, make your reservation now. You will not be disappointed!

I ate here on our anniversary. We arrived with our reservation and were set right away. However, the seating was not ideal for a party of 2. The table was very small, and there was very little room to move between our table and the next. The food was terrific. The menu gives the diner an option of a appetizer size portion versus an entrée size. This makes sampling several different items very appealing. The overall experience was very nice, and I would encourage you try it for yourselves.

I really, really wanted to love this place. I had heard amazing things, but we ultimately walked away unimpressed, and surprised that we had to make reservations almost a week out. To start, we didn’t go on a holiday, this was just a normal day fo the week dinner, so keep that in mind. We started out with the flaming Kasseri. My date loved it, presentation was nice, but I found it rather oily for a starter. Still tasted pretty decent though. Entrees were where we really, really fell short. Date got beef tenderloin medium rare, and it came out«blue», the level more rare than rare. She couldn’t eat it, and it had to be sent back. The best restaurant in Greer shouldn’t undercook a steak by magnitudes of that nature. To add insult to injury, the«corrected» steak came out on the same plate about 15 – 20 minutes later. In the meantime, I got a few bites in before they took her plate, but 20 minutes is a long time to eat while your date longingly things of her beef tenderloin back in the kitchen. I got a really good feel for the duck while it was still warm though, and it wasn’t good. It wasn’t «not good enough for the best restaurant in Greer» not good… it was straight up bad. One of the best parts of duck is a crispy, sinful skin. This duck had none of that. Even when hot, the skin was rubbery and chewy, with the layer of fat underneath entirely intact. It was awful to eat, as mouthfeel on rubbery skin with fat underneath sort of ruins the rest of the meal. Thanks to the horrible«redo» time on the steak, but the time her plate came back out, I was more or less done. Talk about an awful way to eat dinner. The restaurant was not, at all, busy at this time. Neither was our server. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was that the beef tenderloin was actually pretty decent once it came back out although it was much more dry than when it left.(also important to note, they just cooked the same pieces up to temp, didn’t bother making a new batch… the bites were still there.) Overall, a very poor meal experience, and we don’t have plans to return. Atmosphere was nice, but loud. Service was noticeably slower than it could have been. Prices were way too high for the improper cooking we suffered through.

Our experience at Bin 112 was awful. We had a reservation, were seated immediately and then waited over 40 minutes for a glass of wine. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded. We had one member of our 6-person party with food allergies and the waitress and manager were clueless as to how to accommodate his needs. Never has that happened to him before and he eats out in restaurants all over the world. It took another 45 minutes before appetizers were served and they weren’t the right order. We ended up leaving before eating anything. A terrible experience!

Get the Flaming Kaseri, the Thai mussels, and the sea salt chocolate layer cake. Substitute whatever house homemade ice cream there is for the vanilla. That is all. Oh, and you’re welcome.

We reserved a table at 6:15 on a Tuesday for four people. We sat down at that time and were treated so rudely by or server. She didn’t refill my water ever or bring me lemons I asked for several times. Didn’t refill the bread. Our ticket was lost. We waited OVER an hour for four entrée sized meals. Two of the exact same thing, a crab cake and some mussels. By the time it was ready we had to get it boxed up and take it home. The portions were the size of a cookie for $ 14. Ridiculous. And the waitress never checked on us or even cared to take care of us. No idea what was wrong with her, but worst server on earth! And I have served for years. I know how hard it is. There were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant when we arrived and just had us and didn’t seem to care at all. By the time management realized what happened and took care of the bill it was just so late. It was an hour and a half at that point. It was a rainy Tuesday. You see what reservations you have on your books. Maybe you should prepare what staff you need? What happened? Ticket get lost? Kitchen backed up? Order not put in? Would love to know what happened… My first and last time at this place.

I would love to give four stars, but I think it’s more of a three and half. We made reservations to eat at Bin 112 for our anniversary. I had last eaten here about 4 years ago, and it was my husband’s first trip. We shared several small plates, most of which were lovely. The Black and Blue(seared tuna with blue cheese fritters) was cooked perfectly. I loved the fritters — but be aware, if you aren’t a stinky cheese fan, these may not be for you. We then were served the crab cake, which was excellent– a great amount of crab meat with just enough binder to hold it together– and the sauce on the side was great!(We love spicy food). Our third choice was a beef dish, I don’t recall the name… but the meat was a perfect medium rare, and the accompanying pimento cheese was quite flavorful. Now for the downgrades: The rice, which was served with almost every item we considered on the menu, was bland(and that’s stating it kindly). I commented that it tasted like sand. If you are going to have a starch as your frequent side item, please make it taste good! Our final option was the duck. I am a huge fan of well cooked duck, and when the waitress(and the menu) strongly encourage ordering the duck«medium rare», I tend to listen. However, in this case, the duck breast was«seared», but was otherwise quite raw in the middle. This is not our understanding of the term«medium rare». To add insult to injury, I had quite a bit of gristle on my bites, and therefore was unable to eat the entire dish. Perhaps better communication would have helped this problem, but I will note that in past history, ordering duck«medium» tends to yield an over cooked piece of meat. Maybe I should stop ordering duck. As an aside, the duck leg served with the dish was sublime. Most of our food was excellent, and I enjoyed my drinks. Our service was a bit spotty– we had several long spans without any offers for drinks or water refills– but the server was friendly overall.

Deserves a Michelin Star rating! Such a wonderful experience tonight. Located in Greer’s historical district, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, professional staff and a gourmet menu which is reasonably priced. Looking forward to the next dining experience there.

This was our first visit there and I had heard some amazing things about it, but when we arrived for our reservation at 6:45PM we had to wait an hour and 30 for our entrées to come out. The place was packed and our waitress continually apologized for the wait, we didn’t really care because we drank 2 bottles of wine and had some great conversation with our friends, then the owner came over and apologized for our wait and told us our entire meal was on the house. He told us this is not what they are about and appreciated our coming in and wanted to insure that we came back again. We were all dumbfounded by the generosity of the owner. The food was amazing by the way, if you haven’t been you need to go and give it try.

Had a great evening with friends here last night. The service, food and drinks were excellent. My apologies again to those that had to listen to us sing Happy Birthday to the ladies seated beside us… but they did ask for our help celebrating!

Really nothing to complain about here. Killer food, large portions of mussels and perfect preparation of the filet and crab cake on the BINSTACK. Must try the homemade bourbons, offered in flights. Best service in a long time. Wonderful date night!

We went to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful server, steaks were prepared perfectly and they gave us free dessert for my birthday. They also have a loyalty card which took $ 10 off our bill. Recommend!

Been there with a group of friends and on a date. Service and food were perfect. Inviting atmosphere, sweet lighting and lovely tapas presentations make for a memorable time. High on my list, the calamari is the best I have had anywhere.

So we dined outside on a Friday nite cuz the place was full. But that was a good thing cuz the weather was stellar and it was nice and quiet. Started with a glass of bubbly and the cheese plate. The sheep and goat cheeses were exceptionally good as were the accompaniments of tomato chutney, honey and balsamic glaze. Moving on to the special sea bass with Carolina Gold rice and little neck clams was the right move. Also chosen was the Wild Greens, Forever topped with pan seared salmon-another winner for sure. Wines were good as well especially the Row 11 Pinot Noir-the star of the evening. To finish it off the flourless chocolate cake with ice cream. Yum! Enjoy this special spot in little olé Greer at your first opportunity.

Can I move into the gorgeous wine cellar downstairs and eat here every day? Amazing. If this is what Southern Food was everywhere, I’d’ve moved South forever ago! Stellar. We came here on a Wednesday evening, and wine bottles were half off. Although, we did not get any, that’s a great deal. For dinner, I had the honey barbeque salmon, which came with joyously-prepared collard greens, sweet grits, & fried goat cheese tortellini. Our server was wonderful and informative, and the interior was beautiful and featured some amazing local art. Then we checked out the music fountain in the City’s Park. What a great evening!

This is my first visit, but I’ve got to say that I am a total fan. On Friday or Saturday you better make a reservation or be prepared to eat outside, at the bar or wait you turn for an opening. This place is an excellent find with wonderful food, so please please please do NOT let the location throw you. It is top notch food, service and a great bar. Thus I am giving this place the Friends and Family recommendation. Without any reservations I would give this place two thumbs up & I would definitely tell my friends and family of this diamond. I will be back… there is so much more on the menu I want to try still… EXCELLENT!!!

This place is good, but there is a whole lot going on. The menu is a bit hard to follow. Are they starters? Are they entrees? Why is the green salad tucked at the bottom right of the menu while the Bin Stack is top left? The food is all top quality and yummy. Again, tenderloin with pimento cheese PLUS a lobster gravy ALL on top of wild rice AND collard greens. Whew! And that was a simple dish! The tenderloin was melt in my mouth tender and tasted great with the pimento cheese. The collards and wild rice were just too much for me. The flavors were all great, there were just too many on one plate. The fried green tomatoes were fabulous, as was the barbecued salmon… which was served with the FGT, grits AND a potato cake. We found this place definitely trumped its Greenville rival, Soby’s. I just wish the chef would concentrate on one or two powerful flavors per plate-not six or seven.

Marvelous! My mom and I went for dinner this past weekend and sat at the bar. I had the distinct pleasure of being introduced to the fabulously attentive bartender, Jesse. His lively and engaging personality enhanced the experience so much — I was attempting to figure out how to get him to move to DC with me. The place is cute. Modern décor, clean(important) and full of helpful/friendly employees. The hours are limited as they’re only open for dinner so go early to ensure seating. The food was awesome and the portions are huge! We started with the Flaming Kasseri appetizer — a decadent fried Greek cheese which is set ablaze with tequila. If love and peace ever had a baby it would be called Flaming Kasseri. As an entrée(which really was an appetizer), I had the Lip Smackin’ Good. It was a delicious 5 course meal on a single plate and I enjoyed every bite. There was no possible room for dessert; however, what I saw others order looked good. There’s no way I could ever visit the entire state of South Carolina again and not go back to BIN112.
