I had the bacon egg croissant. The bacon and egg was very yummy but the croissant was more of a biscuit rather than flaky and airy. I could tell it was fresh and homemade. Just not what I expect a croissant to be. Service could be better.

We’ve really enjoyed coming here before, but our last couple visits were so disappointing. Two of the booths have broken benches that you just sink down into and are very uncomfortable. I ate sitting on my legs just to keep my face above the table. Hasn’t been fixed in months. The ceiling air filter leaked water onto the middle of our table on the other side of the restaurant. Hashbrowns are $ 2.25 for maybe 5 bites of potato. The coffee on our last visit was super bitter. The pancakes are ok which is why we’re leaving 2 stars, but they only bring you 1 teeny packet of butter for 3 pancakes. We would prefer to support small local businesses, but this one just isn’t worth it any more unless you’re just coming in to grab pastries to go.

Neat little place. I have been here twice, once for sit in and once for togo. TOGO: The cinnamon rolls were really good. The frosting was right one, the price was decent. The sit down service was good. The food here is a higher class of breakfast then we have found in Greer for breakfast. They actually put effort in the preparation of food, which is reflected in the taste. The home fries were SEASONED!!! This is rare around here. Been to several breakfast places in the area and no one understands that things should be seasoned. THEYWEREYUMMY. Overall a good little place to eat at. Parking sucks here and the place is SMALL so get there early or prepare to wait for a table…

We come here more than three times a week! Awesome breakfast, delicious, hot and always a quick meal! Never once had a problem when it comes to allergy and ordering specs. Undescribable great service and a wide variety of tasty pastries. Truly one of the best bakeries in Greenville!!!

Best place in Greenville county for breakfast. All of their bakery items are homemade!!! The pancakes are the size of large dinner plates! Lots of eggs and bacon and sausage. But be prepared to wait. If only seats a few parties at a time. But so worth it! And it you don’t want to wait. Get some baked goods to go! Including yummy homemade bread!

This is a tiny place; homey, clean. It has about 6 tables, a pastry display case, and that’s it. It’s a family-run business, and it runs on pure Girl Power. For breakfast they offer various omelets, eggs, bacon and sausage. I had the ham and cheese omelet with toast. It was good, but they used a process cheese instead of a real cheddar. There is no substitute for a real, sharp cheddar. Lunch is what you’d expect: sandwiches and soup. The pastries are what attract your attention first since that’s what you see as you come in. And they hold your attention the whole time you’re there, too; they’re mesmerizing. They have over a dozen different items including sticky buns, cinnamon buns, apple fritters, apple twists, filled doughnuts and eclairs, among other things. They also bake their own loaves of bread such as whole wheat and a Swedish sweet bread called Nisu flavored with cardamon. The fritters and sticky buns are larger than a man’s fist, and they’re rather heavy, so no one will go away feeling they’re still hungry. The pastries have a home-baked quality to them. Imagine you have a mother who bakes really well – this is what she’d make. Homey, satisfying.
The pasties are good. While the recipes vary, they are basically cooked potatoes, turnips, carrots, with different meats such as ground beef in a pastry crust. You can’t go wrong with meat and potatoes. They sell breakfast all day, and lunch. No dinner. And they are purveyors of a pleasant coffee brand called Van Houtte, «A taste of Europe.» Hours of operation: Breakfast served from 6 a. m until 2 p.m. Lunch served from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Bakery is open until 6 p.m.
