Hwy 101 Self Storage

Mixed thoughts about the service here.
The people are friendly but this place has some quirks.
I have dropped off a Uhaul here and had a propane tank filled. Both times it was not good service.
The Uhaul: when i dropped it off they had an issue with the computer system. I can understand this, might be slightly my fault choosing my own place to drop it off at. But after the transaction was done I was told by the lady to pull the trailer close to the other ones and leave it lay there. I had to unhook the thing myself after trying to carefully find a spot to put it. Not very Uhaul like… let alone a big risk management issue. If i would have hurt myself I do believe a lawyer would have loved to take my case.
Propane Tank: The price is good, and this is why I will be back. But it took me several attempts to get it filled. The first time I stopped in was about 1pm during the week. The Open sign was lit and I pull by the propane refill station. As I walked to the front door there was a sign saying they would be back at 3pm. So I left, quite confused, but I had other stuff to do. I returned at 3 pm to find the same issue. If you can not be open during your NORMAL business hours, why should I do business with you. You could at least turn the light off so I did not have to waste my time… The third attempt at filling the tank was successful.

Excellent choice for storage! Tim is a great landlord — very accessible, reasonable, & friendly. His rates are also reasonable. The location itself is very clean, well-​lit, and organized.
Highly recommend Hwy 101 Self Storage for anyone in the Greer/​Taylors/​Inman area!
