Shitty customer service. Inconsistent pick up. Super unreliable around holidays. If your pick up day falls on a holiday, expect to have trash until the following week. You’ll most likely be overflowing by then and they most likely only pick up with fits in your can and leave the rest for you to deal with… Look them up on Google. Literally NO reviews are positive.
Only reason we had hired them was because our landlord gave us the number and said they picked up trash around here. Being so unfamiliar with the area we didn’t hesitate. We will think twice next time. Will be changing services once the quarter is over.
