Unfortunately the 60 day customer satisfaction means nothing when your home is 90 degrees a matter of weeks after RSI was out to «fix» a leak. The on call technician(Roy) was not only rude, he also let us know if we did not want to pay him to come out than we should not call again because he would not answer his phone. We attempted to call again, he did not answer his phone or return the call. «The reason for our success is customer service and quality workman ship. We provide our customers the best heating and air service in the Upstate and our reputation is everything.» … WOW this couldn’t be further from the truth. ***side note, initial service call was scheduled and confirmed for before 10am however technician arrived at 1:45(after three phone calls made my me, none by them to notify me of delay). If your looking for someone to depend on, RSI is not it.
