Seriously… they make you pay for a gate key… you never get that money back and then the gate is always broken??? The office people are just rude, I mean come on this place is way over priced the least you could do is be nice. I’ve never regretted living in an apartment as much as I do this one!!! The dumpster is on the other side of the world and the wifi has never worked at the pool and its always overcrowded.

This place looks good at first glance. The rooms are clean and big. But a little bit expensive unless you do anual lease. The giant trash can is the only place to dump trash in the whole community. No matter where you live, you need to walk to the front gate to throw trash. The front gate is also a joke. You need to pay 25 $ for a stupid card or 40 $ for a remote key and the gate always broken. The fitness centre is small and smelly and cheap. The cockroaches are huge.
Worst experience is about the early move out policy. You’ll need to give 60 days to terminate the lease, plus one month penalty fee. Before knowing this, I asked the staff in the leasing office what is the early move out rule, they didn’t tell me explicitly 60 days, but just told me to pay one months penalty. I ended up paying more than expected.

This place is way too overcrowded and noisy. The «nature trail» is littered with dog shit and the trash cans are full of the horrible stinky stuff deposited by the responsible dog owners. On a hot day, the smell is unbearable. The apartments are old and run down. Common areas are filthy and poorly maintained. They are remodeling some apartments but that means the rents, already expensive, will be much higher. It’s supposed to be gated but the gates are often broken and therefore open ²⁴⁄₇. In short, it’s like a cross between a dog pound and a kindergarten. You can do far better than this overpriced dump.
