Best catfish in town! My opinion it’s better to call in your order and go pick it up, they stay very busy because their food is AWESOME!!!

food is real good, choice of fish, shrimp, crawfish, salads, and deserts, service is pleasant, if you’re on the Greyhound bus you can call ahead and they will have your carry out ready for you…

This lunch spot passes the test. You, however, must pass the test of finding it before you eat here. Don’t venture over the bridge or you will have missed it. First lets talk prices. This is a very fair price for a fine meal. A 10-spot will cover it. Let’s face it– that is very good. Second lets talk buffet. This business model seems very commonplace for Grenada. They-serve/You-slide-a-tray sums it up. It seems the cooks have mastered two things. The pot roast and the field peas. The pot roast was warm, tender, and amazing. The vegetables did not disappoint. However, the selection was rather limited. It is a take it or leave it business model as well. Salad and desert come with the meal. This was a very generous feature. The staff was entirely pleasant and the grounds was clean. One thing still concerns me. Where is the catfish? I heard they serve it on Friday. At any rate, this place is A-ok.

The last time I reviewed them I gave them a higher rating. I really feel this restaurant has went downhill. With the exception of the boiled shrimp and crawfish and salad bar, they do not keep the seafood buffet full. The problem is they cook the food, but they have people who are riding the Greyhound in and their first priority is fixing their plate which wipes off the seafood bar. They do not cook it fast enough so its empty of the buffet customers most of the time. Also, the 7.95 lunch has went downhill as they have cut their portions tremendously… They give you about a tablespoon of each vegetable and if you complain, they get an attitude with you. 7.95 is a good price for a decently filled plate but not this… sorry…I started going to Paps for their lunch special.

Many of the locals really like this place, but there is not a lot to choose from in Grenada when it comes to good food. I have been here many times, but there are certain things you have to get used to when you go here. First of all, it might bother some people that it is also a bus stop location, and you have many people who are riding around. It does not make for the best atmosphere. Another thing is, even if the restaurant is clean, it still gives you the feeling that it is not. It is the same thing with the restroom. You might should go beforehand if that is going to bother you. As with most seafood buffets, most of the stuff is fried. The fried food is a bit too greasy for some peoples taste. The boiled shrimp is some of the best though, you might want to go for that. Honestly, I feel sick after I have eaten there most of the time from all the greasy eating. They have some veggies and spaghetti also with the buffet and the desserts are good. During the weekdays, they have plate lunches which I usually get to go. Its a really good price for a meat and three veggies, dessert, and drink at 7.95. You cannot beat that, and the food is pretty good then. The manager is really a sweetheart, and she does keep me coming back!

Just no, its outdated and not in the best condition. And whatever you do go to the bathroom before you come, the bathroom here is horrible!!!

This is a place that the locals go. Where do I start with this review. You can dine in and treat yourself to the all you can eat buffet or order off the menu. You can also take your food to go. The customer service was good even though the waitress was slow at times but overall a real sweetie. They have a pretty good spread for the buffet shrimp, spaghetti, greens, fried green tomatoes, craw fish, hush puppies, corn, a few more items, and of course catfish. They serve the catfish in nuggets, steaked, or filleted. For dessert they serve banana pudding and several cakes/pies. The catfish was pretty good but nothing special. Nothing on the buffet jumped out at me as far as taste goes. The fried green tomatoes were a huge disappointment. They were so greasy you just couldn’t enjoy the flavor. The lemonade I don’t think was fresh but taste like a glass of sugar. The banana pudding was pretty good the food over all was ok/good. The bad, this is a very old building that hasn’t been updated probably since they opened the doors. Wayyyyyyy over priced($ 16.95 buffet) for the location, quality of food, and selection. Last but not least don’t go to the bathroom unless you absolutely have to. Even when it’s clean it appears dirty.
