This place is awesome. I sat and watched them make the biscuit dough with a rolling pin and cutting the biscuits out with a soup can just like my grandmother and mother used to do. The flat-top was quiet when I passed through as it was between lunch and breakfast but they had just put out the plate lunch selections and they looked great. I snatched up a sausage biscuit and a bacon biscuit to go and they were both awesome. The meat was pretty standard but the biscuits were a+ I’ll head back soon for a cheeseburger and update this.
