I have been dealing with some feet pain for about 4 months so I decided I’d check this place out. What they explained made sense so of course they went through the usual sales pitch. I would have left cause the price was sticker shock. But I was with my pops and he said he’d buy them for me. He insisted these would be a gift. So I went along with it. I got my insoles and they feel good. When I was getting them the manager said«oh you only got 1 pair?» I told him«for that price why would I buy more?» Heck for that price I’d expect to get kissed first. Of course he said well if you get another pair today I’d do half price but I have to order today right now. He said once I leave for the day he cannot make that offer. I said«so your telling me if I decided in a day or two I couldn’t get that offer. He said«no has to be now». I feel like it’s a used car lot. No concern about me as customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t care if my feet feel better or not. He insisted I have to order today or the half price on the second won’t be honored. I’m like don’t freaking pressure me into buying another pair like I’ll regret it. Now I regret buying a pair in the first place. Of course all sales are final so I couldn’t do anything if I wanted to. So far the product is fine but sales people not so much. Shop around this is not the only place around that can help you I wish I would have! The old saying goes make a customer happy and maybe they will tell a few people about your good experience but make a customer unhappy and they’ll tell anyone who will listen. Right now I’m not a happy camper!

I visited this place since they were in the neighborhood, seeking relief for my heel pain. They first tried to sell me on a pair of $ 350.00 inserts, then $ 250.00 inserts. As we were about to leave the manager Derek says to his employee to try me out with a pair of some of their less expensive inserts. They put them in my shoes and I agreed to try them and to pay $ 75.00. I wore them for four days and realized they were offering me no more comfort than the Dr. Scholls gel pads I had previously purchased from Walmart. I went back in and asked for a refund explaining I was going to see a doctor about my feet pain. The Manager Derek said the company policy is no refunds on any of their products no exceptions. I explained that when I purchased them nobody said anything about a no refund policy, he then moved a clipboard from covering the policy laminated to the counter and said«there it is». Really keep it covered with a clipboard? I could understand if they had custom made the inserts specifically for my feet, but to pull them out of the back room not even in a package as if they sell in bulk is ridiculous.
