I responded by phone to a post they had on CraigsList for dog kennel panels, but could not pick up early in the week, so scheduled a time at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday to meet MIKE there. Made the trek out from Tigard and Mike was a no show. I called his cell several times and he never responded. There was one man working there who could not assist as he was ‘just picking some items up’ who told me Mike does this all the time. On Monday, I got in touch with Mike and he apologized, saying he had something to do and thought I would call him when I left(who calls a business before they leave home when they’ve already made an appointment??) and said he would have one delivered for free because of the inconvenience. He was supposed to schedule that and get back with me. Do you think he ever did??? No. I’ve left three voicemails with him over the past week and he does not return them. I called the owner, BRETT, and left a voicemail with him, but he has not returned that. If you want POOR customer service… or no customer service at all… go here. I was surprised to find out they are a division of Austin’s Custom Fencing.
