I love these realtors! Santino and Allison really represent their clients. It’s hard to find an honest realtor but here they are!

My wife and I were looking for a broker to help us get into a duplex as our first home and were referred to Santino. He is a very honest and well educated broker. He took the time to explain things to us and educate us. He responds quickly and gets things done! He really loves what he does and it shows!

Santino has been a godsend for us. Saying that he was fantastic just seems like an understatement. He made arrangements to completely remodel the house that we were selling in a matter of 2 weeks and worked within our very tight budget to make it happen. He made our house increase dramatically in value and we were able to ask for much more than we originally planned. We are getting offers much faster than we thought possible. Not only that, but he has been extremely amazing in helping us find a new house. I wouldn’t go with anyone else– he’s definately the best in the area. :)

I noticed they offer their clients a wide selection of ways to market their home. They’re tenacious negotiators & will strive to give the client the utmost stellar service. They will also educate you on market trends. They’re a firm I’d refer any friend that’s looking to buy/​sell a home.

Santino was very helpful in all the questions that I had regarding real estate. He was kind enough to take the time to explain things in detail even though I wasn’t ready to purchase right away. He was not pushy, or pressuring me to move any faster than what I wanted to. Some realtors give you the «used car salesman» feeling, Santino is NOT that type. He’s laid-​back and very knowledgeable.
Every time I’ve met with Santino he’s always been well-​dressed and very professional. I would have no problem recommending him to my Friends and family or any associates from work. Has several locations throughout the Portland Metro area so there was always an office to meet at. He has an awesome supporting staff, who were all very friendly.
Every time I called Santino or texted him he was quick to respond. I can’t tell you how many times I tried contacting realtors before Santino who would never get back to me. If they did it wasn’t until days later, with many excuses and sometimes resulted in The house going off the market.

He goes above and beyond to get you what you want. He actually listens and always follows through! We absolutely recommend him!
