These guys hooked it up, great customer service. I had some issues with the machine I bought, but they went out of their way to fix it

I’m a mechanic. I work on smaller equipment such as watercraft, quads and lawnmowers.
A client brought me two Taotao quads that were purchased here. One of them had the rear axle sheared off all of it’s mounts. The other just wouldn’t start. I needed a starter solenoid for one of them and figured this would be the place to get it. I stopped by and the young salesman that greeted me was kind enough. He informed me that they didn’t have any parts and that I would need to order them online, I was amazed that they wouldn’t stock electrical parts that commonly fail. I was a bit un happy with that but it was the sarcastic «HAVE A NICE DAY, sir» that I got on the way out that set me off.
By the way, these bikes are crap. Repairing the sheared axle was no small feat. About 6 hours of welding and fitting so it wouldn’t happen again.
I went to Devious just around the corner. The mechanic searched through the new Arctic Cat
quads and managed to find an exact match and sold it to me.
He said he would just order one to replace his. That my friends is how you do it!!!
