I went to this specific place for a massage for my 2^nd time. This time I went with a different LMT. Supposedly, when you try a different LMT they give you a better price rather than paying more to see the same one, therefore, I went with a different one. The one I had on Friday, DEC 18 was named CHANDLER ORTON.1^st off, before I scheduled, I looked on the website to find a picture of him/​bio, and there wasn’t.I assumed he was new and they hadn’t put a picture of him up there yet. I scheduled anyways because it was only appt. they had left for that day. When he called my name, judging by presentation of looks, he was not dressed professionally. He wore a baggy shirt and baggy pants, was slouching, hair was not cut neat as it was hanging over his brow and ears, which I’m fine with, but just overall was not something I was expecting. I thought to myself though,“They wouldn’t hire him if he wasn’t good”.He took me to the room & asked if there was a specific place that needed to be working on,& I said mostly my neck/​shoulders,& back area, because I think I slept wrong the night before. He proceeded to comply with what I said & said,“OK, we’ll help that & make it fun at the same time hopefully.“He left the room and I undressed leaving my panties on, everything else was off. He came in the room and started massaging, asking if pressure was OK and what not-​which is totally fine and normal. He started massaging lower and then undraped half of my body, which of course only one of my glutes was showing-​again, totally fine and normal, because I understand that a spine goes all the way down about half way to the glute. He started massaging my glute and then proceeded to say” Wow, this is the first glute that Ive worked with thats not tight”-at first I was a little confused, and was not too weirded out, so I said,” I know, I am trying to tone it up a bit so that’s its firmer”.He proceeded to say,“No, in other words, what I’m trying to say is that your a** is perfect and if its also not weird to say, it looks great looking one too”.First flag went up for me, I didn’t know what to else say but thanks and that’s it. I was too uncomfortable to say anything else, what was I supposed to say? He proceeded on to massage both sides and kept asking me how things felt, each new area he went to he was ask,“How does this feel?” And each time I would respond with,“Fine, or Good”.After he was done massaging the back, which seemed really short, he told me to turn over and face up, so I proceeded to do so, drape covering me and all, and then he udraped my leg and started massaging from the top of my thigh hitting pressure points and going all the way down, which i have had LMT’s do before. All fine, but then he started lifting my leg up really high and stretching it and than bending it towards me and then bending it outwards-​which definitely made me uncomfortable. I noticed he kept look down toward my lady area as he was bending in each direction. And when he was bending it out towards the side, he asked if I could do the splits, I said“I couldn’t“and he said“I bet you probably can now though, look how far your leg can bend”, and I said” Yeah maybe”.I was feeling so uncomfortable and scared I was just wanting to talk to him as little as possible. He did it on both legs as described above-​so uncomfortable. He then asked me if I had a hard time breathing sometimes, and I said,” Sometimes if I’m working out, but I dont know if that is normal or not”, he proceeded to tell me a story of how he had this lady once that «had a hard time breathing and I helped her by massaging her chest. And because the drape was getting in the way of me feeling the small bones that needed to be massaged, she told me to remove the drape and not speak of it, so I did and her boobs were just huge and flopping everywhere! «I faked a small laugh under my breath and said «That’s funny».I was surprised he told me that cause I didnt know LMT’s can do that as far as the breast thing. So then he proceeded to ask me,“Im not supposed to do this, but it would really help your breathing, can I remove the drape & just add a small breast drape?», I replied with a nod & so he did so and started massaging my sternum area and the outside of my nipples. He kept sort of making a «sighing“noise & then asked if he could remove the drape because it was be easier to see and feel the bones, and I replied with a nod.*Side note, let me just make you aware of how I am. If I feel really uncomfortable about something with someone I DONT KNOW, I tend to be quiet and not speak up because I am too afraid to say anything unless if you were physically HURTING me*He then started massaging my whole stomach AND MY ENTIRE BREASTS. He then asked me if I was getting“turned on»,& IMMEDIATELY replied with,“NO, yeah right!”& HE laughed it off. He kept massaging my entire upper body finished 15min past 60min-​which is NOT NORMAL& thanked me for coming in as I was a «beautiful woman to work with».I quickly dressed & LEFT! DONT COME HERE AND SEE CHANDLER ORTON!!!

I’ve been here 2 times so far and had great experiences both times! Will definitely be back!

Sara Is a assume massage therapist and i will continue to see here in the future she gets all your kinks out and i a great person to see if u have had any motor vehicle accident and she also searches for your tender spots an breaks them down and also goes above and beyond

I’ve been coming here for about 6 years for massage and have never had a bad experience. Some massages have been wonderful and some have been just good, but at $ 40/​hour, just good is still a deal. I’ve never had any problems with anyone there.

I am so surprised to read of the complaints with management. My experiences with Heather have been wonderful. When a mistake was made in the time allowed for an appt, Heather gave great customer service & made sure I was well-​cared for. I have been seeing the same LMT for several years, love her & love the service I receive. Occasional confusion on the part of the front staff usually resolved easily.

WORST place to GO EVER! Owner…/Manager was AWFUL!!! Somehow this stupid place lost my charge receipt and called 4 days later to ask if I paid? Did I use some random guys name — credit card. No — I used my own… idiots. «Oh well my boss thought either you left without paying or you kept the credit card receipt» No I replied I gave you the receipt so you could see I added a tip for the massage. Hmmm — Do you think they gave the therapist my tip… NOT LIKELY.
Note to owner: When someone calls you to tell you about her frustration’s YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND LISTEN FOR HEAVEN SAKES!!!
If I thought I was frustrated before, I am even more frustrated now.
