I’ve been a patient at this office for over 20 years. Dr. Caldwell is awesome and so are all the staff members. Not sure about the other review here. Must be for the Sandy Office. The Gresham office is bright and cheery and everyone I’ve dealt with has lovely customer service skills. I would refer anyone there that wants the best eyecare there is in Portland/​Gresham!

Dark and cramped office. Went in for glasses to help me see farther away, walked out with useless reading glasses. Dr. Agost really seemed like he had better things to do and did not listen to me at all. Receptionists were great.
