We came to Metropolitan Peds based on the recommendation of a friend of a friend for Dr. Lori Anderson and everytime we leave a visit my husband and I say to each other how much we love her. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. They always remember our daughter (7 mos old), and most importantly we NEVER feel rushed through an appointment. Dr. Anderson listens to all our questions and concerns (there can be a lot since we’re new parents). She was patient and understanding as we worked through our concerns about vaccinations and was happy to adjust the schedule for us to split up shots at first — without judgement. She is gives great practical help and is really encouraging. Also — any time we’ve called or messaged for an advice nurse, they have been incredibly helpful as well. We really, really love this office and cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Sari has been our pediatrician since our son’s arrival into this world. Actually, she took on the role before his arrival when we had our prenatal informational visit. From the first day we met and visited with Dr. Sari, we have felt heard and respected. She is professional, compassionate AND straight forward. From the first time I freaked out as a new mom (pretty sure it was his first eye infection) to today with both of my littles being seen by Dr. Sari and the Gresham Metro staff, I can not express how pleased we are with the the care we have received. We have grown to love the support staff at the Gresham clinic – we consistently encounter patience and grace, in all forms of communication, with the collective goal of our children’s health. We are moving to Damascus here in a month or so however we will continue in the care of Dr. Sari and the Metro Peds staff. We can’t wait to see the new office!

I been there with my child, I Stopped doing vaccinations because they (dr.Peter) did 5 of them, when 4 iz maximum (at once). Right after my chil became very sick, he looked at child, said nothing to worry about, didnt give any antibiotics,(as I asked) the next day, I was sent to Emanuel for antibiotics through IV, ENDED UP WITH SURGERY … I asked to put these shots in yellow card, he said 5^th we will write after child gets well. Now I understand why… .
AND EVEN THOUGH we DIDN’T COMPLAIN and continued to bring my child for check ups, he told me «you don’t have to come for check ups, because you don’t do the shots-​this is my main job «. I didn’t ever since. Looking for good doctor now.
**He was never mean or something, fast answers by phone, but My experience was not the best, unfortunately.

My kids have all gone here since birth and we are getting ready to move to Salem and I am sooooo sad. Not many doctors really seem to care… this place does… at least most of the doctors seem to. I love Dr. Anderson and I loved Dr. Dunn whom she took over for after he got brain cancer, but we love here and their staff!
