Our furnace died in late January. We called these guys and they came out and explained our furnace was obsolete and no parts were available. We opted for a new high efficiency model and they got it installed and running by that night. Took them all day.
I was disappointed in that they were very sloppy in gluing the white plastic pipes together for the condensate drain and instead of cutting the sheet rock around the furnace they just busted it off. Everything was done in a hurry. I had to do some plaster work and painting to make things look right. They were tired and trying get the job done I guess.
I’m not sure about what they charged us. We weren’t in a position to get estimates and it seemed a little high, but it wasn’t summer either, when furnaces are on sale.

A+++ These guys are first class. Joe and Matt handled a very difficult job and took the time to do it right. Not only that, but they explained everything along the way. Trustworthy, professional, fair, and reliable– what more do you want? I won’t call anyone else for my heating and AC needs.
