I was here on Fri shopping for a new mattress. Heidi was super nice and patient as I tried some out. She answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. Came back today (Sunday) and I was helped out by a nice gentleman who honored the prices she gave me. Looking forward to better sleep on a comfy bed

We took our son to Sleep Country USA at Gresham Station to upgrade his mattress. Store manager, Uriel, was great to work with. He walked our son through the options and made him feel very comfortable with his purchase. Uriel worked with us on price to fit in our son’s tight budget and we walked away very pleased.
We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

Jeff made our bed buying experience painless and even enjoyable. He helped us find the best bed for our needs and budget without any up selling or high pressure/​pushy/​sleazy sales tactics. He laid all our options in front of us and gave us tools and advice to help make our decision. He even helped us use price matching and Unilocal coupons to get $ 100 off our bed and another $ 150 off accessories. Jeff is also great at pillow selection based on one’s body type. He eyeballed the best pillow for each of us off the bat. After lying on all the others we ended up going with the ones he initially picked.
Delivery of the bed to our third floor walk up in downtown Portland was punctual, seamless and perfect in every way.
The bed is perfect and we both have way less pain and pinchiness in the mornings. So happy with this thing!

Jeff was great to me. He was approachable and offered to help versus getting in my face. I guess that may depend on who you get though. He was the only person there. I knew what I wanted so he pointed out to me where that mattress was and provided me with the latest promotion information. I asked if the price was the lowest he saw for the set and he volunteered that they have a price matching program like other major retailers advertise and he actually looked up a lesser price for me and discounted the difference. Delivery time was very flexible and all in all I felt like I had attentive, friendly service. It seems like a quiet location. I’ve lived in the area for years and it’s never crowded.

Super pushy. All they cared about was getting me in the most expensive bed and pillow oh and they thought I needed to buy their sheets. Uh? No thanks. When laying on beds to test them out, they stand over you a little uncomfortable for me. The sleep country at mall 205 treated me a millions times better and offered superior prices for the same bed!!! Same company drastically different staff. Don’t waste your time here. Drive to mall 205 for a friendly experience.

My old bed was getting a little bit long in the tooth, so my wife and I set out to replace it. We did all our due diligence, researching this one and that one, and narrowed it down to two beds from two different manufacturers. Well, while I truly hate the name Sleep Country, and would have never set foot in the place just on principle alone — I mean how God awful uncreative can a bunch of mattress retailers be — they did have them both on the floor, so off we went.
We laid around the place little awhile, took a couple of naps and decided on one of those foam beds. Foam beds aren’t cheap, so we were a little nervous about plunking down all that money on something we hadn’t even slept on for a single night.
Well, we got the thing for zero percent interest, and a thirty day, money back guarantee — plus they included two foam pillows. They delivered it the following weekend — the delivery guys were right on time.
The foam bed is great, and while Sleep County is still a stupid name, I’d definitely recommend them.
