Gretna, NE
Great liquor store in Gretna. It’s just east of the Highway 370 and Highway 6⁄31 intersection. Nobody else selling alcohol on this end of Sarpy County can beat Gretna Wine & Spirits.
They offer fair prices and a surprisingly wide selection for a small liquor store in Gretna, Nebraska.
The owner (Aakash) is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He can speak, intelligently, about most of the alcohol they carry and offers great recommendations.
I wish they had more square feet so they could carry an even wider selection of craft beer, wine, and barrel-​aged spirits. However, as I wrote earlier, they can order anything you want and have it in within a few days.
Like all liquor stores in the US they are limited to what the distributors offer as the law requires all retailers to purchase their alcoholic beverages from a distributor and not directly from the distiller, brewer, or wine maker (aka the «three-​tier system» — look it up on Wikipedia if you’re intrigued).
