I shop at JCPenney so often that I don’t have to shop in-​store; I mostly purchase items online. I have my online orders shipped to the store for free.
If I shop in-​store, I have a 70% chance of finding what I’m looking for. The store is normally clean and organized, and it’s easy to find what I’m looking for.
The clothes are good quality and have the best sales, clearances, and deals. I combine coupons and JCP reward coupons for more savings. I never pay full price for anything in this store.
I’ve noticed that lately, the employees are older and a lot friendlier and helpful than the younger employees. This is my favorite clothing store.
