12⁄31 @ 1215pm POORSERVICE –Rude manager/staff OKAYPIZZA I can understand if a few teenagers behind the counter get flippant… but when the manager steps in and is just as rude as the kids he is managing it is obvious this place needs an attitude adjustment. If I were the owner I would take a very close look at what kind of atmosphere my staff is making this place. I was really excited to try this restaurant because frankly there is not enough choices at Nebraska Crossing and as my bio says I LOVEPIZZA! The pizza is okay and certainly over priced. If you add on top of that the fact that I have to deal with an entire staff of people with crappy attitudes, then no thanks. I won’t be back until I have heard from the owner/management group that they have enforced an attitude adjustment.

Last night was my first time going in. It was a little confusing as to where you order. Once we figured out where, we waited for about 10 minutes for an employee to help us order. The newest kid there was nice enough to stop what he was doing and help us even though he didn’t know what he was doing. Even when he asked for help, the other employees blew him off. Once we were done ordering, we had no idea how to pay. We stood by the register another 5 minutes and waited on another employee. She said she’d call out names once our food was ready. We barely heard any names called. It was so quiet. We had ordered some cheesy garlic bread. It was wimpy. It had maybe five strings of cheese on it. We also ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza. It wasn’t the greatest honestly. Barely had chicken on it, it was all onion. So basically the food was bad and the employees were almost non-existent.

Not that impressed with 2 pizzas for $ 30, but I liked the crust and my white pizza was pretty good. I enjoyed the pickled onions and artichokes on my chicken and white sauce pizza. The meat lover’s pizza was just okay. I do wish that the tomato sauce could have been more acidic than salty.

Good pizza and good service! I tried Pieocracy for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Is it the best pizza you can find? No, but it was pretty good. Pieocracy’s concept is fast-casual; you order at the counter and then when the food is ready they call your name for pickup. I ordered the create your own pizza: You are able to choose your sauce, cheese, and then three ingredients. My pizza had marinara sauce, parm and mozzarella cheeses, meetballs, bacon, and pineapple. There is only one size of pizza(10 inches) and either regular or gluten free crust. When I received my pizza, the first thing I noticed was the crust. I like thin and crispy, but this was the thinnest pizza I think I’ve ever had. The crust itself I would only rate a 3 out of 5 as there just isn’t much to it. The toppings though we’re plentiful and everything tasted good. My only disappointment was the marinara sauce had chunks of onions in it, and I wasn’t a fan of those with my pizza. Create your own pizza costs $ 9, so overall not a bad deal. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Ordered the margarita pizza and it was pretty much just bread and marinara sauce with splotches of cheese. Not anywhere near as good as similar pizza places!

The service was horrible and incredibly inefficient. … should run like a Subway, but we waited for ½ an hour before they baked our pizzas…

The pizza here is average at best. The service was many other things: Awkward(very) Bad Confused Unprofessional But hey, let’s look at the positive. They had no clue what was going on and forgot to charge us, so our pizza was free! For this reason they get a second star.

Stopped to get our free pie and they gave us 2 drinks, too. Service was a bit slow today… but it is 1:45 pm… tasted good still wish the veggies were cut a bit smaller… overall a good taste.

I was really looking forward to this place opening. Love pizza! Not that impressed. After waiting in a line that barely moved(waited 25 minutes). I finally ordered and followed the process down the line. There was no beef option, so I chose the smashed meatball for half my pizza. I will never do that again… ew. After they tear the meatball apart and put it on the pizza, then bake it, it does not look or taste appetizing. The pizza overall was ok. I liked the crust… and the sauce was ok. After adding a drink, my total was up towards $ 12. Not worth the wait or the pizza. I will pass over this place next time and go to Voodoo Taco. That’s the best place in the mall!!!

Pizza is delicious, dough crisp yet soft, and ingredients fresh. The pizza is prepared via assembly line a la chipotle or subway. You can choose chef-builds(preset ingredients) or build your own. Pizza is then placed in an extremely hot oven that cooks the pie in about 3 minutes. Everything is great, though the staff needs to up their game in terms of moving the line and being excited to represent the new brand. I would recommend this place. Price with drink is just over $ 10 per person.

The pizza was ok. We experienced the worst customer service. The employees were too busy talking with each other to place your order. In addition, very very slow service. And they charged us the wrong amount when we checked out.

The food was well cooked, good, but not great. The members of pieocracy were chatting with eachother like we weren’t there to have our order taken. Which was really rude if you ask me. Once they got our order. It took them ten minutes to make two pizza’s, which should only take three to four minutes. During this ten minute, one of the members decided he was on break, which he talked about not clocking out until he made his pizza. So while me and my girlfriend waited. He made his pizza while the other members talked to eachother. My girlfriend got pissed and so did I. We could of left, but being kind gave them a chance to redeem themselves. One of the members, tall blonde guy noticed that they need to hurry, because my girlfriend was on break. Thanks to him! Her pizza was made nd being cook. For me, one of the girls took forever to make my pizza. Should would pick up one thing at a time, look around to see whats going on, and talk to the girls. She would repeat the same movement over and over. Till the tall gentleman with the blonde hair(should of gotten his name). Told her to hurry and complete the order. Which she did not hurry, so he help her and got my pizza cooking. It was the worst service I had ever experienced and I hope it will be my last. If I do return. I will ask for service from one person. It will be from that gentleman I have that help us get what we needed to be on our way.

Good pizza, needed a cook with enough training and care to know it was over topped and under cooked. Lacked customer service. Over charged and looked at me blankly when I suggested he fix it. Bunch of college dudes working a shift to get paid. Waited until after my meal for my salad of which they were out of ranch but 2 of them nicely looked for it for 20 minutes for me! Glad they aren’t on my payroll. One trained employee could replace 3 of your dudes, owner dude. Over priced for what you get. $ 39 for 3 small pizzas, one salad and 3 drinks.

Chipotle type of restaurant making pizza, even the décor feel like chipotle, modern décor right of ikea. I built my own pie, they loaded my pie with cheese, chicken and bacon, and that puts a smile on my face. However the smile disappeared quickly after I received my pizza: most of my bacon was burnt, chicken was dry, overall the ingredients don’t feel very fresh. The pie is thin crust and it wasn’t baked evenly: it’s chewy like a tortilla where the sauce covered it well, crunchy where it didn’t. Finally the soda fountain is pretty limited with Pepsi products.

I honestly can’t believe this restaurant is finally open! I love pizza and have been wondering if it was going to ever open just so I can try it! Today, we happened to be at the outlet mall, and to my surprise, it was open! So, of course, we had to go try! First walking in to the restaurant, there was a huge line which kinda looked intimidating, but my daughter and I decided to stick it out and order some pizza. The line surprisingly went super fast and we finally made it up to where we order. The ordering situation is pretty similar to which wich but instead of you writing what you want on a piece of paper, a worker at the restaurant did it for you. Then, your pizza is on its way to be made! We’re pretty simple and we only ordered cheese pizza. It was kinda neat to see our pizza being made from start to finish! The cost for two personal 10in pizzas was around $ 15. The taste of the pizza was really delicious. It wasn’t too heavy or greasy, so after eating the whole pizza, I didn’t feel sick to my stomach! The sauce, I’m not sure if they make it themselves, but I could definitely taste distinct flavors in there. Since I only got a cheese pizza, it’s always nice to actually taste the ingredients. I don’t know, it’s a pretty good pizza! It’s really clean in this restaurant and there is lots of space for everyone to be seated comfortably. The staff is also really helpful and friendly. At least they were today :) In all, I did like the pizza and everyone should at least give them a try.
