The only reason I’m even leaving 1 star is because Unilocal will not allow me to leave none. I NEVER leave bad reviews, I forgive and forget, check out my other reviews if you don’t believe me. This was THEWORSTFOODEXPERIENCEOFMY30YEARSLIVING!!! Ordered a pizza online and after 1 hour and 15 minutes called to ask where it was. She said it is on it’s way, she knows because they had to send out a new order since the 1st driver got into an accident, but also mentioned to call her back if it’s not there in another 15 minutes. 20 more minutes go by and no pizza so we call. She acts surprised that we’re calling yet tells us the driver had to bring it back to the store bc there was no answer at our door. This makes no sense as I am pregnant and was starving by this point so we had no tv, not a thing on in the house and kept looking outside at any noise we heard, no car even pulled up, yet alone did anyone try to knock on the door I was sitting 3 feet away from. So she offers to remake the order(according to her the 3rd time they’ve made it, what a great employee wasting product like that!) and for us to come pick it up. My boyfriend goes, I’m sure leaving me behind on purpose because, like I mentioned, I’m pregnant and starving so it would not have been a nice interaction at all coming from me. He comes back(now 2 hours after it was placed online) I open the box and it’s missing 3 of the toppings I paid extra for. I then open up the chocolate chip cookie pie I ordered, only to find a brownie. Why would I have even expected that to be right at this point is beyond me! I swear by this point they had to of been doing this on purpose. He said they did not even apologize, didn’t try to offer any coupons/amends of any kind, did not even refund the delivery fee we paid for after having to come pick it up ourselves. If you don’t want a job then quit! It’s not a difficult job! I’m sure someone else would LOVE to take your place and actually do some work for the company. Thanks so much Pizza Hut for stressing out a pregnant woman and for starving a fetus! Two thumbs up!

We were on the parade route on Mardi Gras day and walked up to this location at around 10:15 a.m. to see if we could order a pizza. There were no times or «open/closed» sign that we could see from the direction we were walking and there were cars in the parking lot, so it looked open. As we approached the door, we heard yelling and it wasn’t until I opened the door that I realized the yelling was directed at US. A woman was sitting at the front of the store and apparently yelling, «WE’RENOTOPEN,» over and over again at us. Then didn’t even tell us what time they did open until I asked, «Well… what time do you open?» «11.» Okay then. First: LOCK the door if you aren’t open. Second: Is it really necessary to yell at us through the GLASS and even more as we barely cracked the door open? If we had opened the door and was politely told, «I’m sorry, we open at 11,» we would have been back at 11. Third: We will NEVER, EVER eat at this location. We walked to the Wendy’s across the street instead. And I get it, Mardi Gras is a busy time of the year, but poor customer service on that level before the customer even gets to the door is unnecessary and ridiculous.

This Pizza Hut location has the best service I’ve ever had at any pizza chain. I placed an online order on 10÷5÷14 and decided after checking out to add to that order. The website wouldn’t let me, because you have to wait 15 minutes before submitting an additional order. So I had to call the store. I. Dread. Calling. Pizza. Chain. Stores. I’ve always had bad experiences with any chain whatsoever. It takes forever for anyone to pick up, if they even pick up. Usually I get someone rude. Usually I get someone short tempered. Etc. This was my first decent phone call ever! An employee named«John» picked up the phone and he was patient and tried to change my order. At first he couldn’t but then he looked for ways to add a code. Then he went to check if my first order was even started on yet(which it was), and made sure my second pizza would be finished along with my first one, so that I didn’t have an additional wait time. So, thanks John! Super awesome customer service!!!
