Wish I could’ve said I tried this, but when I was about the third person in line, they screamed out that they aren’t making anymore smoothies because they only had three people working (this is a store combined with Auntie Annes) and that is not enough people to have someone making smoothies as well. Huh? Exactly. It’s a smoothie and pretzel store. And yet you cannot make smoothies because there were only three people working?
When the worker initially called it out, she had her back to us and yelled this information out in a very annoyed tone. As if we were the ones that were aggravating her? No one in line said anything. They could have politely informed everyone this information. This store was small and narrow. Very ill-​planned concept and unprofessional mannerisms from some of the employees. They tried their best, but they need to work on a few things.
