I have been to many places on the Westbank, but this place is the best. I have eczema, diabetic, and allergic to latex. I never have to say a word because they know me when I walk into the salon. I have no worries. My gel nails last between 2and 3 weeks as do my pedicures during the winter. Shout out to Trish and Mrs. Laura, who does the waxing!

The best service I have ever gotten! The best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The ladies at Sassy salon and spa are incredibly polite and accommodating. My friend and I were walk ins and they got to us right away. Addressed us by name and included us both in the conversation they were having. I know salons mean «small talk» but these ladies weren’t just talking amongst themselves, but with us as well and I appreciate that. My nails look amazing and I got my eye brows done as well and I am super particular about them and they turned out better than I do them myself! I wish I wasn’t traveling to Florida so I could continue frequenting this salon! Great nails and great people!

I walked in for a mani and pedi. My usual go to place functions with appointments but I needed these services today so I tried out this place. The ladies were very nice and quick to seat me.
In general my basic manicure was nothing to brag about. I just wanted my cuticles removed and nails shaped, no polish. With the mani, I really believe they should inspect the custumers nails before they begin to snip with clippers. I asked for them to be cut down since my middle finger tore off nearly to the skin a few days ago. She quickly began to cut down my nails and went to clip the middle finger that basically had no nail just exposed skin — talk about reflexes! It took a lot of self control not to snap back and hit her LOL! I bit my lip and she apologized. I’m left with a slightly bloody but sore middle finger.
The pedi was good though with long foot and calve massage.
I honestly don’t think I’ll visit this place again just because I am very happy with my go-​to place. I just have to remember to make and keep my appointments.
Oh! And Unilocal offered $ 5 off of the services just for checking in. That was definitely a plus considering my little olé finger. But they seemed reluctant to redeem the offer. They kept passing my phone to one another for five minutes until one of them finally said «Yea we can take it». And at the end, she whispered my total to me — I guess she didn’t want the other customers knowing about it? Funny!

I absolutely loved this place. Always see it but would never go in, today that changed. I hadn’t had my nails done in over 10 years, but going here they made me feel at home, offered a cold beverage and even made small or big talk, whichever I was in the mood for. My nails were handled with care, and the end result was gorgeous… I definitely will be returning, as I think I’m gonna be addicted to these gel nails… special Thanks to Lele and Jamie… you ladies were awesome…

LOOOVVVEEEE this place! U feel welcomed when u come here. The staff makes sure u are comfortable and happy. Ms. Laura is the best when it comes to waxing. Jamie is sweet as pie. Julie is amazing when it comes down to my nails and feet. Keep up the good work ladies.

I love this salon especially for my eyebrows! Ms. Laura have been doing my eyebrows for years and I’ve never been disappointed!

Everyone is really friendly. I highly recommend Lisa or her mom. They take their time on you. Will definitely come back!
