Fast service in the small T-Mobile store in the mall off the food court entrance. Lucked into a free tablet while upgrading my service and buying a new $ 100 Nokie 635 for my mom! Highly Recommend!

I just got a fancy new Samsung Galaxy smart phone (subtle brag) and the folks at T Mobile were more then helpful in helping me figure out exactly what would work best for me and getting me all set up.
They helped me take my old, sad smart phone and transfer all of my info to my fancy new phone, with no trouble at all. Service was fast and there was zero wait, even though there were a few other people in the store.

Stopped in here on my lunch break yesterday because my phone couldn’t receive calls, the stopped receiving texts as well! Spent a while on the phone with tech support and did EVERYTHING including a master reset :’(lost all my pics and dome music. Nothing worked. I was so ready to throw my phone out the window while driving down 90. Ricardo took out my SIM card, put another one in… INSTANT FIX. My phone rang, all my texts started coming through immediately. So for T Mobile customer service over the phone I was told an engineer would call me within 3 days which would’ve been 6 days with no phone calls or texts!!! If you have problems with your phone BRING IT HERE TO THIS LOCATION! Very friendly and professional. I don’t care for the service I pay for monthly BUT at least they have associates in store that take care of their customers.
