Awesome service, great music selection, and I love the burgers. Orey, my last twin peaks girl, took great care of my friend and I. I come into town once a week and I always stop by, they always take good care of us.

Went here with Judge Gauthreaux, a Gretna native. We had coldbeer & bar-menu snacks. In a word; DISAPPOINTING ! Disappointing all around. Inattentive bar personnel, greasy food, too warm. I say try Gattuso’s, a few blocks away, near the Court House ! Rick

Was very hesitant to try this please because of the reviews. Glad we did, aside from the girls showing a little too much and made me feel uncomfortable(because we had our kids) the food was delicious. The burgers were juicy on soft warm hamburger buns. The service was great and the best part is that KIDSEATFREE sat & sun 11−3pm with each adult entrée. That’s a first usually these offers only apply on the weekdays.

This place sucked, sat at the bar and got horrible service. Hey Ginger(red head) behind the bar people don’t like it when you take there stuff, its not cute, its theft! The food was ok it was just overshadowed by the shitty service.

We decided to try Twin Peaks again since the last few times we had awful service! Tonight was a pleasant change! Our waitress Samantha was very attentive and informative. Our food was fresh and yummy! I had the chicken ranch sandwich… it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! My husband & son ordered chicken wings as their dinner & enjoyed them as well. Just goes to show you sometimes you retry a place and things can be better. Hope they keep it up!

It was a «what the hell, I’ll stop in» visit. It was my first time in, and after reading the reviews, I was looking for it to be dreadful. But… ITWASN’T. Didn’t hurt that it is bikini week either(Let the feminist hate begin) Shout out to Carly my waitress for suggesting sincerely the Ranch Chicken Sammach. She hut the nail on the head. She was also very polite. Not overly fake like Hooters chicks are trying to earn that tip. I was here alone and it was dead so we had a good conversation about the resteraunt. The resteraunt itself is not bad. It was clean and very spacious. They must have been playing with the sound system though because it was up and down on the volume a bunch of times. I won’t fault them if they were just working to get them working right. It was dead enough it would be the perfect time to do so. They also have plenty of TV’s for all you sport watching needs. Great place for game time. The food was not bad. The Ranch Chicken was very good. Tender grilled chicken breast and that bacon… Yum. The fries could used a little less seasoning but all in all the meal wasn’t bad. Kudos to Carly. My only beef with this place is its location. Man the owner should have found a better spot. At least you won’t have problem with parking. The sign for the place is in the most useless spots ever in between the overpass and the resteraunt itself. Might as well be non existent.

Just from sitting down, I already began to think: «Self, does this establishment train their waitresses?!?» We joined a party that has already been served their appetizers. The waitress takes our order the LVs the menus still in our place. We ordered beer & upon delivery, we had to ask for coasters for the entire table.

Horrible service and I will never go back! My Boy friend and I waited almost 10 minutes before someone finally came to our table asking what we’d like the drink and waited another 5 – 10 min just for her to bring us water and beer. I will NEVER go back there again. it was slow last night and still took them forever to bring out food out. Management needs a kick in the ass!

We had a terrible experience the first time and pretty much identical experience this time. During both visits to this restaurant: It was almost empty. The server could not have cared less. Waited almost 10 minutes for first drinks and refills. Appetizer(fried pickles) took over 10 minutes to come out(and was brought by a different server, as was our refills). Our server sat at the bar and hostess station playing on her phone while our meals sat under a heat lamp(yes, you can tell when it’s been sitting). When we asked for our second round of refills she went to the hostess first to finish her conversation before getting our drinks. The two stars given are for the food which was decent. Not great, but decent. Say what you want about Hooters, but I’ve never had a serve over there sit at the bar playing on her phone or just disappear for 20 minutes. Most of them that I’ve encountered also acted like they were pleased to have you there.

Food is good. Service is great. I’ve brought my dad and a date here and had a fine time. Bacon in my bloody mary? Yes please.

This is Gretna Louisiana Location!!! Obviously the managers or owners don’t give a crap about this location, as they never reply. The time before this trip, was real bad!!! Took forever to get service, there were no utinsil, asked for no pickles on a sandwich got a pile of pickles, There was a pile of pickles on the nachos, who puts pickles on nachos. The lime still had the sticker on it in my drink, that’s gross, did you even wash them??? That’s after we saw it sitting on the bar waiting to be brought to our table for 25 minutes. And the one waitress has time to sit at a table forever rather than fix our order Today, it took forever to get services. Then she comes and tells us she’s so hung over!!! We all order bloody Mary’s as its a mid Sunday morning, they are out of the mix. What bar doesn’t plan ahead for bloody Mary’s on a Sunday. So we wait forever again for a beer. She takes our meal order, when they brought it there was no order for the baby, she says they forgot it. Assuming she’s still drunk and forgot to place it. It is kinda the most important order at the table! It took another 20 minutes. The service just sucks On another note, entering the place there was trash out front, tall beer cans, fabric napkins, assuming from the night before and no one cleaned it. Our booth was disgustingly filthy!!! The girls went to the bathroom at some point, one stall was full of barf, one full of sh**, pure sickening!!! Just because it’s in the swamp land doesn’t mean Y’all need to live like pigs! Give your customers some service and clean the place up!!!

The food and service is excellent! The menu offers a great selection of all types of food and beer– the beer is very cold! Also a great place to watch sports with large flat screens inside and on the outside patio.

3 stars, because the food was ok. It’s bar food. Came to Twin Peaks for the 1st time for the Saints vs. Carolina game. Everyone was in the Halloween spirit, as Halloween was the next night. All the servers were dressed up. That was cool of them. Ordered the mozzarella cheese bites, those were really good. I also had the Venison Chili, packed a punch. Serious heat in this dish. So… that’s the good. On to the bad. There was a huge game being played on all the TVs… you would think they would be ready for the crowd, and welcome it. You would order a beer and get it maybe 15 minutes later, if you were lucky. The server did apologize and explain the bar was backed up. Not her fault at all. But come on man! There is no excuse that it should take 15 to 20 minutes to order your next beer. Not like it’s a complicated mixed cocktail. Seems like they should have been ready for the game crowd and/or had a better system going on at the bar. That’s pour management in my opinion(see what I did there?) This location hasn’t been open terribly long, obviously still has some kinks. I’ll try again later.

so i finally came back for a second shot and once again a let down! the service was very slow and I took forever to even place the order. I don’t know what the hype is all about. the only thing that changed for me was the food, It actually had flavor this time. like I said the first go around I don’t think I will be returning! oh yeah I forgot to mention I took almost 2 hours to order eat and get the bill! not a good thing on your lunch break!

This was definitely not my choice but I was with family and it was my 13 yr old cousins birthday. So while the birthday boy was fixated on plenty of eye candy, I tried to keep an open mind about the menu. They have some Abita on tap so that’s a plus and the waitress was attentive. The food as you can imagine was mediocre at best. I got the chicken fried chicken. It was a ridiculously large piece of chicken that was swimming in some sort of jalapeño country gravy. Chicken and gravy was flavorless. My side of broccoli was pretty good and we’ll seasoned. All in all once was enough for me.

I will have to say the building was nice but the food was not good and service was horrible. I Order 2 hamburgers meals and pork sliders at 5:15 I was told it would take 20 minutes, at 6:05 I finally was given my food. I was told it took so long because they were waiting on the appetizers(which I would assume would be the first item done, after all it’s the first item served) The Fries were cold, over salted, and dry. Not to mention the burgers were soggy. Out of the food I ordered the pork sliders were the only«descent» item, even then they were dry and the coleslaw consisted of green onions and red cabbage. They managed to give my wife fries when she ordered mashed potatoes(which was noted on the receipt). I guess I expected too much out of twin peaks.

If there were a negative star I would put it. It was my first time there with my boyfriend and we got sat, a waitress took our drink order and proceeded to go talk to another table. 10 minutes later no server no drinks. When I asked the host if we had a server the girls gave me a terrible attitude. I left without ordering anything and I’m omw to hooters for some actual good service.

Came to TP on a Monday afternoon. They weren’t very busy so my boyfriend and I figured why not try it out? We ordered the fried pickle basket, and two of the Hangover Burgers. The fried pickles were utterly disappointing. The fry batter looked and tasted exactly like a batter you would use to fry shrimp in. It was pretty funny to pull out a pickle that was in the shape of a butterfly shrimp… Out come our burgers and voila! They’re nothing close to what we ordered. They came out with two smokehouse burgers, so we waited another 15 minutes for our food to finally be ready. Once we got the right burgers, we weren’t surprised to find them disappointing as well. I should have known, reading one of the previous reviews, to not order a burger. My boyfriend picked his up from out of the wrapper and his fingers were covered with grease. I picked mine up with the wrapper only to find the grease trickling to the bottom and dripping out of the bag. Our waitress, Jessica, was awesome. Even though our food sucked so horribly, she made out experience better just a little bit. Since we were not satisfied with our food, she had the managers take off one of the burgers lowering our price to $ 16, instead of the $ 25 it would have been. Also, she decided to make us a free sundae to compensate for our disappointment. On that note, come to TP for drinks, not the food. If you decide to eat here, prepare to be disappointed.

Awful and slow service with mediocre food. They threw bacon on my mac and cheese without even asking if I wanted it(which I don’t) and when I dumped half the mac and cheese out onto the empty plate(they give you an empty plate with your silverware for some reason) with the bacon nobody ever asked if anything was wrong with it. Getting a refill on my iced tea was a painfully long wait with no lemon given while closing my tab out was an unacceptably long wait when the bar wasn’t even close to being half full during lunch(bar service should be faster than table service but not here). This might be one of the best places to drink beer on the Wank but I wouldn’t eat here again. Bah humbug this place flaunts all the bad stereotypes of the Wank and creates new negative ones.

This place is new but not a new franchise so i’ll get it two stars because I like the TVs. The restaurant itself is outstanding with more than ample TVs indoor and outside in the patio area. Right now the outside dining area is used for a waiting area. The side wall of the patio area are rolling doors so as it gets hot the indoor and outdoor seating area will be one open area. Checking in was problematic. They ask for your cell phone number to text you when your table is ready. I hope I don’t get spam texts! Now for the food We ordered the cobb salad, pulled pork sliders and the smokehouse burger. I settled for a Sam Adams seasonal as they were out of Fat Tire on draft. The cobb salad was good. It was so huge it could feed two people. Extremely large portions reminds of two things: bad business model and unnecessary cost passed on to the customer for waste. The table next to me ordered the pork nachos and it could feed four people! The smokehouse burger was the biggest disappointment. It came out in a basket dripping in oil. I picked it up and it literally fell through the wrap it came in. I had to ask for a plate to manage eating this concoction. The burger had no flavor and the bacon was so oily it looked like it came out of a grease pan straight to the plate. The pulled pork sliders was okay. It was three small sliders dripping in oil/sauce. The pork was dry and lacked any flavor. We left the place leaving the food behind with having just the salad, two sliders and some fries that came with the burger. When asked if I wanted a «to-go» box I immediately said NO! Server was nice and attentive even while the place was busy. This place definitely has a different vibe from the Metarie location… is there a trailer park close by? #twinpeaks
