For a small gym in small town, I find it very useful for what I need. There are cardio machines, all the basic weight machines for toning, personal trainers, classes, clean restrooms/​lockers, and always someone available at the front desk. They also sell a variety of drinks and protein bars. Some of the classes include Yoga, Spinning, Zumba, Body Pump, Kick boxing, and also a Senior circuit class. The front desk always has papers with the class schedule you can take!
I prefer to do 3 months contract and the price is great at $ 117. I’m sure the one year rate is cheaper. All the employees have always been nice and helpful towards me. I don’t need a fancy gym or pool etc, I mainly come in for cardio. My favorite machines are the Cross Trainer, Elliptical and Stair master. The equipment is in good condition, clean gym, they always have towels and wipes available for after your workouts! They also have tanning bed, but I’ve never tried it. Free Wi Fi too, you can get the password at front desk ;)
