Ivy Mist Candles

CAN THEY HOLD A CANDLE…
The Ivy Mist Company is always represented at the local fairs and festivals. I love smelling the items but I’m not usually tempted to purchase. An Ivy Mist candle will burn even, unlike other candles that burn a hole down the center. This candle is supposed to burn for approximately 50 hours without losing its scent and be able to freshen two rooms. I just don’t know what to think, but I can say that when it comes to capturing a particular fragrance, they nail it.
Now, my neighbor cannot be around traditional candles so these are perfect for her and if you jut want a cleaner burning candle, this is a good choice. I don’t really burn candles for ambiance, but I do like to freshen the air and I do this with the little wax melts that are placed in a small pot. They are wonderful because they are clean, they have long lasting fragrance and they can cover a reasonable amount of space. Plus there is no running around looking for matches. You just flip a switch!
These candles might be fine for replacing traditional candles but they just can’t compete with the wax melts which are clean, supper affordable and last a REALLY long time.
This company not only sells candles, they also sell soaps, and lotion. As a woman of color, I need heavy duty cream to address my dry skin and beat back the ash. This lotion was just not rich enough for me.
I don’t even know about bar soap because I stopped using it years ago. I think that it is largely decorative and something you display in your guest bath. Just sayin!
