I’ve used this business several times, over more than 10 year period… in the door… do some paperwork and payment… then out back to get equipment… and returns are just as easy… drop it off, get paperwork finished… on your way… if you’re like me, make sure you get the insurance that covers the equipment in case you trash it… once, i tried running a bunch of green bamboo through a chipper shredder… not a good idea… only worked for about 20 mins, then full jam of blade/​gears… hint: wait until the bamboo is dried! i pity the guy who had to take the entire machine apart and untangle that mess — at no additional expense to me.
