Their arrangements are always so pretty and so full of fresh beautiful flowers. I do disagree with the other review, I found the staff to be nice and friendly.

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS FLORAL SHOP!!! They deserve a ZERO rating !!! I have never experienced such ignorance in my life before!!! When I think of a floral shop, I think of happy moments! WELL not at this place!!! The woman who works there just blew up at me over the phone, was so rude and unprofessional AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! This is how they treat their customers!!! The flowers are not that great either so please don’t waste your hard earned money at this dump!!! They should not even be in business!!! A family member who lives out of the country and is an ill 84 yr old man accidentally placed a duplicate order for my birthday, so I received the 1^st order and then I was out of town (had no idea there was an accidental 2^nd order made either). I just received the message that the driver tried to make the delivery for the other order. I called to resolve the problem and explained what happened and to make sure he receieved a refund back to his credit card. WOW!!! She starts going off on me and then hung up on me!!! I called back and she didn’t answer the phone! SHOCKING treatment for a customer!!! NEVER USE THEM TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE!!!
