The pharmacy really needs help! I went in on December 3^rd to drop off my sons prescription and I told the pharmacy tech I would pick it up on Thursday. Went back on Thursday and then she tells me I would have to come back on Friday and was totally rude to me, not to mention asking me questions while on the phone, which is against the patient policy procedure, that anyone working in healthcare should know and abide by. I went back on Friday December 7^th to pick it up and the same rude girl tells me I can’t pick it up until the 12^th. If they would have told me this in the beginning things would be fine. However, when my time is being waisted, I have a problem. I will definitely be changing pharmacies.

Bridgette that works the photo booth is totally rude. She needs to seriously get off her high horse and do her job.
