Quick response to my email request for service. Very friendly plumbing technician came to fix the issues, Ryan. All repairs were resolved in the same day without having to wait to order parts. I was very pleased and will use them again…

Great service — a bit pricy. $ 250 to install a $ 45 part. If you want it done right with guarantee, use them. If you want least expensive option, go to YouTube.

Each time I’ve used Golden Rule Plumbing they’ve done a good job. Given me the options available, explained them and not pushed for something more expensive but unneeded. Eric helped me most recently and was excellent to work with.

Ended up not even asking them to come do a quote for a project. They said if I didn’t go with them after the quote, there would be a $ 72 charge for the «diagnostics fee.» I was shocked and told them just to cancel the whole thing. The fact that they charge that much for an estimate really makes me question this company.
This was also after I used the online quote tool and didn’t receive a response for days, so I ended up calling them.

Stay away from these guys!
I needed a washer/​dryer hooked up after a move. The washer/​dryer was to go into the same spot as the previous owner’s appliances. The only difference was gas vs. electric dryer.
Quote: $ 695!!! Gas line within a few feet of location. I could just buy an electric dryer for that price. No, thanks!
And they didn’t want to leave the written quote with me because they didn’t want us to shop around for other offers. WHAT???
Finally, they agreed to leave the quote and ended up letting us not pay for the estimate.
Golden Rule: Look up the definition of the name of your company… you are definitely not living up to the promise implied by the brand.
Kriens Plumbing did the job (even replaced some old lines to upgrade for sturdier one) for less than $ 300. It took about an hour.
