Complete waste of time! Called ahead to see when a good time to come would be. We brought a group of 9 during their suggested «slow time». We were not told there would be a long wait when we registered for our races. They also split up our group when we asked to be together without telling us. We had to ask three times how long our wait would be for our race and with little response were told it would be just a few more races each time. We waited two hours when finally we got an answer that our race would be another hour. They were only running event races and walk-​ins are apparently not welcome on Saturdays. When trying to get a refund it took the front desk workers, with horrible attitudes, calling for a manager twice to come talk with us. As we were getting our refund one worker did not help with a single one and asked to take her break at this time. When talking with the manager about how poor the customer service was and the awful experience there was no apology just him telling us to calm down.

I’m pretty fond of this place! Great racing! During the week you can get two races for $ 20 if you’re a member!

We have hosted several groups here for our business. The groups are always well cared for, right from the planning and booking all the way through the racing.
One advantage of booking the track for a private party is that you can choose which race format or games you play. The staff is very helpful planning your event.
The food is catered through several places ranging from bbq to pizza.
This place is ideal for bachelor parties, birthdays, company events and people with kids looking for something different and fun.

Dropped in early Sunday morning with a groupon.
They set us up right away. Got a group together and we were checked in and ready to go.
The gentleman behind the counter was great and gave the rest of our group a little off two races.
Had lots of fun. They were on top of it and had lots of fun.

Awesome concept, cool facility, but poor customer service. The cashier acted very put out to be doing her job. They estimated our wait time at 45 minutes, but after 90 minutes, we were still several races away and ended up having to leave before our number was even called. If they had been honest about their wait time, we would have been happy to return another time, but because of the customer service issues, we won’t be back.

We did our team event here and we had a great time! we rented the private room and had jethro’s catered in. Their event coordinator was great — super helpful.
The go karts are fast and fun — every thing is nice and clean. They did a nice job keeping everyone engaged even while they waited.
Would definitely come back here for some family fun!

AWESOME. Super fast electric go karts. Good music and some video games to play while you wait. Nice pool table as well. Eat before you come because there is no food only snacks and soft drinks. Reasonable price. Had a great time with my in-​laws. Lots of smiles.
