Have to say the food hear is very good. Problem is the procedure and attitudes. Wanted to send a steak back($ 21) because of it being overlooked, instead of just pulling out another steak($ 6?) The server put it in a to go box underneath a counter. Manager came to get the box, took it to the kitchen, re-plated it, brought it back to the table??? Never seen something like it. THEOWNERWONTREDOTHIS, IT «WASCOOKEDTOPERFECTION». SMH I am not sure if it’s a small town mentality or just ignorance to customer service??? Horrible attitude, not to mention health code violation. Total bill $ 145 + 30 tip. NICE. I have worked in the food industry, not to mention currently in customer service. This isn’t the way to be successful in business. Period.

So overpriced and so under imaginative. Boring ordinary food cooked in an uninspiring tasteless way. Dinner entrees range from 19 – 25 $ and are mediocre at best. Fried shrimp dinner was clearly from the freezer and had spent too many months in the freezer.

We had New Year reservations and we were not disappointed. It was a very busy place but the staff and the kitchen did a great job preparing and serving my meal. The Strip Steak was great!
