How can Grosse Pointe Florist run out of flowers Christmas Eve? Lots of disappointedly customers I who will never use them ever again.

Our mom died on 01÷01÷12. She was shown from 4 to 8 on the 2^nd. By the end of the evening some of the flowers were welting. The funeral was on the morning of the 3^rd and the Priest was removing the dead flowers from the arrangements before the funeral.
The pillow from the grandchildren arrived late, after the family viewing on the 2^nd. At the funeral mass, when the Priest handed the pillow to a grandchild the pillow fell apart and the 5 small roses fell on the floor — not worth the $ 50 they charged.
It took 4 days for the owner (Jimmy) to return my requested call. I was told he took a day off and was busy catching up on work. I did not know a $ 150 credit had been issued on our $ 550 bill until I went online to check my credit card. Personally the service was so bad I think they should have issued a complete credit. Out of respect for our mom we will pay the bill.
I would be careful doing business with GP Florists

GP Florists did my sisters wedding, and will eventually do mine… They did a fabulous job. The flower combinations for the church and also for all of us were absolutely phenomenal. We went to a more «well known» florist in the Detroit area, and compared to GP it was just run of the mill… It didn’t seem like we were anything special. But with GP, we had sample flowers that were put together right in front of us to create our bouquet. We couldn’t have asked for more!!! I would HIGHLY recommend GP Florists for any wedding.
