Finally refinished my basement 30 days ago w/​a $ 25k renovation, my ultimate man cabin cave. Then Thursday night it flooded and didn’t discover it until late Friday.
These guys are the best, My basement flooded with sewage over the weekend after 5pm (naturally right?). Once my line was snaked out Servpro with Patrick came right out and worked past midnight to get the water out and started to mitigate the situation.
The same crew arrived at 9am Saturday morning and worked all day cleaning and tearing out what was ruined. I’m obviously not happy about the flooding but couldn’t be happier about Servpros service and attention to detail. And I will personally recommend them to anyone.
