Completely incompetent staff. I ordered a pizza online for pick up. I arrived to pick it up only to discover that the delivery driver had taken it on his delivery route. They made a replacement pizza for me. As I was leaving someone else came in to return an incorrect pizza. I arrived home only to discover that the second pizza was an entirely wrong pizza. I went back to HH to return the wrong pizza and had them make a third pizza. They wouldn’t give me a refund for their error and my trouble but only gave me «pizza credits» instead. That is no use to me because I’ll never be back.

Perfect orders every time and close to home. The pizza is great, among the best in the state as far as I’m concerned. They even do two different types of crust if you ask for it (which is helpful because their crust is amazing). If they tell you 20 minutes, it will be 20 minutes (or less). Hungry? Howie’s.

I never been a fan. Recently started ordering from this location. I was pleased the first 2 times. The 3rd reminded me of why I never was a fan. I’ll give them another shot in hopes it is as good as the first two visits.
Staff is really fast, efficient and friendly.
