I stop in about 3 mornings a week to grab a bagel on the way to work. Awesome service, friendly staff, CLEAN store and tasty fresh bagels… What more can you ask for? :)

The servers here are very rude. My sister is vegan, meaning she can’t eat dairy. When she asked if a bagel had dairy in it, the lady just stared at us and said «I have no idea.» She didn’t even offer to check. When we kindly asked if she could check, she asked the other employee who told us that they all had dairy in them. We had checked online and knew for a fact that the plain bagel and a few others did not have dairy products in them. The owner should be aware that he/​she almost lost business due to these employees. Also we ordered a bagel with banana on it and they put about four tiny slices of banana. When we asked for more banana, they then proceeded to put the overload it with banana, which was obviously not necessary, we just wanted the bagel to have a normal amount of banana. All in all, we felt pretty uncomfortable and upset by the employees’ rudeness.

I tanked this location in a previous review, bur the manager has done an outstanding job turning it around and getting friendly staff.

Went in for lunch today.
I ordered a toasted bagel with peanut butter.
The peanut butter is $ 0.60 more– ok.
The man who was helping me put on the lightest coat of peanut butter.
I wanted to tell him to put a little more on, but I didn’t want to be rude.
I could hardly even taste it!
So, I got about a nickel’s worth of peanut butter.
I hate it when restaurants are cheap about the extras that they charge you for!

This location is usually pretty good. Constant bagel quality. Good selection of flavors, alternatives, cream cheese flavors.
Their coffee is not my favorite.
Good location. Parking is easy.

Been here several times and have been impressed with the great customer service. Looks clean and the bagels taste great.

This place is slow… you’re making bagel sandwiches not rockets to go to Mars.
It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make two sandwiches to go, with 7 employees behind the counter and only 4 customers.
Food is good, but not that good that it’s worth the wait.

I would give this a five star if it wasn’t for one single female employee… She NEVER smiles and acts like she hates working there. She is very rude and not friendly at all. Every time I walk in there and see her face I just wanna leave. I ask my wife to go order for me. She’s THAT bad. Even my wife said she’s not friendly! I’m really surprised she still works there. One bad attitude can really ruin a place like this. I’m sure everyone who goes there often knows who I’m talking about. Do something about it Einstein managers! Bagels are great though!

Hit or miss some times the bagels are hard. other times so fresh they are still warm when you cut them. Maybe its just me but I am the on the go person or have a kid in my arm most of the time and not into waiting around for my coffee or food. so don’t go in expecting to be in and out quick because they do take longer than comparable businesses.

Looks like they’ve hired some happier employees recently. All smiles the last time I was in. Decided to go back after manager sent a few free offers in the mail. Getting better.

I love this store, the staff. Great location and great place to pick up a quick breakfast for the family. Love that they have a frequent buyers card because we get a lot of bagels.

This place is super cute. It’s standard in terms of Einstein (great food, standard marketing of course), but it’s in an old building that gives it a lot of charm.
The staff was very friendly, and everything came up quickly.
Worth a visit!
