Staples the Office Superstore

This is your typical staples or office store they sell ink cartridges as well as paper not too big of a selection on invitations or photo paper but they have a decent selection of printers copiers laptops & office supplies as well as things you would need for your office like paper towels snacks and cleaning supplies be sure to check out the clearance section and make sure you register your staples reward card for coupons you also get money for ink cartridges that you use to go towards your future purchase.

This Staples is really understaffed. I have been to the copy center twice and it takes forever to get anyone to even look at you. And when they do, it’s mainly to to tell you it will be a while. :/

Because of my last experience here, I will never go again. Was in a hurry and asked one of the cashiers, who wasn’t helping anyone, where something was. She was less then friendly, completely short with me, and didn’t even help! Very very rude!

Went for a wireless router adapter tech guy was great at explaining what I needed and helping me to understand the differences between products.

there is a manager at this store who has is absolutely awful. On several occasions I have made last minute trips there for odds and ends I cannot get at the local drug store. Sadly I wish I could find toner or the paper I needed at Walgreen’s.
I won’t be back to this store. EVER. This manager named Bob needs a lesson in customer service and employee appreciation.
In the few mins I was in the store today after a long drive home in a snow storm I was not impressed yet again. Toady’s trip will be the 2^nd time I have heard this manager and I use the term loosely speak to an employee in such a way it effects the employee’s disposition.
When I was leaving the store I heard this manager Bob yelling at the poor snow plow guy about plowing the lot so late, like the snow plow guy can help the weather and driving conditions. That poor guy just stood there kind of taken back by the treatment he got for doing his job.
Now this store is a convenient spot for me but I am going to go out of my way to avoid it from now on because of that jerk manager.
Way to go on hiring a real winner Staples on Mack! Just Kidding!
