Owner Tracey Smith does beautiful work both with her jewelry design… elegant, versatile, one of a kind pieces. She also does jewelry repair and restore which has been a great find! I have had my wedding rings resized and restored, earrings and necklaces repaired, and a stunning pendant made out of a beach stone into a unique necklace through Tracey. FACETSetc is a lovely small local store. So glad to have her in my town!

The owner, Tracey Smith helped me create a custom diamond engagement ring last summer. Her expertise was incredibly appreciated and her guidance with regards to stone and setting pairing certainly put me at ease during this fun, yet intimidating process. The end result was one heck of a ring!
After meeting with Tracey in Groton, MA — I took the finished product, my engagement ring back to Colorado and carried it for 53 miles into the Leadville 100 Trail Race. I intercepted my now-​wife Jenny, near the top of Hope Pass just shy of 13,000 feet (she was also running the hundred mile race) and proposed to her there. We’ll have that story forever.
I would encourage anyone looking for 5-​star stones, metals and advice to give Facets a visit!

What a gem! Really. This place has beautiful jewelry — hand made and something for everyone. I can also leave my items that need repair. So convenient! Great for gift giving, great service and so glad it is someplace I can park easily.
