The Children’s Center at Groton

We had two children go through the CCG. The second child went from infant to Pre-​K. Had we stayed in Groton, we would have kept him at the School through Kindergarten. Our youngest is able to talk lightly in Spanish, he reads, he is interested in science and always reminds us to be «Peace Makers.» It has a thoughtful and intentional curriculum that is designed to meet each child where they are and get them ready for the next intellectual and developmental level with care. I have also witnessed their care and consistency when dealing with children with obstinacy issues and other mild cases of ADHD. It is not a school for special needs children and is able to help identify and counsel parents when it is apparent that developmental milestones are not being reached.

Toddler program was great but we had an awful experience with the preschool. There are much better programs in the area with more caring teachers.
