I cannot get past the chaotic environment that exists here. If you are not a loud and obnoxious person you are likely to be skipped in line many times over because the barbers don’t give a shit and neither do the customers. I showed up on a Saturday morning, expecting it to be busy, and busy it was. I was number two in line when they opened but somehow I was number ten through the door. Even after that nonsense I was passed by three obnoxious morons who didn’t give a crap. If this is the customer base you have then I have no qualms about moving on and keeping my business at Gabe’s, no matter how long my hair gets.

I had to stop going to Wayne’s because of the wait.
In my opinion, if the staff focused more on cutting hair, chair time for each client would be shorter.
The staff is very skilled, give great haircuts and you will leave satisfied. Problem is each person literally takes about 30 – 40 mins for a haircut because they’re joking around with each other, talking to each other or changing the radio station or even skipping you (happened twice to me) because they’re very busy and if you don’t pay attention to who was there before or after you, you have no idea when your turn is.
What would really benefit Wayne’s is a number system so you know who exactly is next and who is waiting for a specific person. The wait without numbers works great at barber shops that don’t have a high volume.
Sad to say I haven’t returned to Wayne’s in a while but waiting 2 – 2 ½ hours is a bit excessive

Wayne’s is a great barbershop. The wait is sometimes a bit long, that’s what you get when you go to the best shop in the area, but always worth it. The staff is always welcoming and do their best to give you the cut you want. I definitely recommend Wayne’s to anybody looking for a good haircut.

Great place to get a haircut with a respectable and honest group of barbers. They do what you want exactly and ensure that everyone gets their haircut in order and in a reasonable time. Great atmosphere as well. Go and you won’t be disappointed!

In the area and couldn’t deal with my unruly doo. Popped in here on a Friday around 16:00. The place was full minus one chair; I was greeted by a super friendly (Chris) employee. Went for a cut and shave, I was pleasantly surprised with the service, and attention to detail I, and everyone else Received from the awesome staff! I will be back when in the area, and maybe will even make the 1 hour+ trip for another regrooming. Excellent business, with huge focus on customer satisfaction! Well done
