This is a listed location for obtaining a passport. I called to get hours and information, specifically about getting a passport for my two children. After driving my kids there, the woman today was very rude, telling me that I had to schedule a passport appointment. This was not disclosed to me when I called ahead of time, so this office wasted my time, and turned me away. What a waste of tax payer dollars, too. The other employee at this location just watched, without any effort to assist, and they were not even busy. Avoid this worthless establishment until these jokers get their acts together.
