DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!
They are TERRIBLE! My fiancée and I took our car in to get the transmission fixed seeing our regular mechanic doesn’t specialize in transmission issues. They have done nothing but LIE and take advantage of us and our wallets the entire time we have dealt with them. We ok’ed certain services from them under the false pretense that it would fix our transmission problem and it had nothing to do with the transmission and didn’t help what so ever! They then attempted to lie some more saying they «warned us» when we took the car off the lot it may not be fixed — why would I pull my car off the lot if I didn’t think the transmission was fixed?! They’ve also told us our transmission fluid was black as night but that’s impossible seeing we changed it two days prior to bringing it in! I’m reporting them to the BBB and I’m informing 6 on your side of their terrible business ethics.
