Showroom service was very good. Installation went terrible. You can see all 3 seems due to the carpet dye, they said. Caused damage to my brand new drywall and left a mess down in my basement and made no offer to vacuum. Manager came out and said this was not typical and offered 40−50% off the job since I didn’t have time to replace it before furniture was being delivered. Also said he wanted to send someone out to rework the seems. He hasn’t called me to rework the seems yet this was a month ago. I had to call multiple times after the manager came out and he pretended he didn’t remember the conversation but gave a small amount back. I just took that and chalked it up to a lesson learned. Sad part is I plan to have them replace the carpet upstairs also but will no longer be considering them for that. Installer literally took a smoke break every 45 mins and came back in stinking of smoke and took 9 hours to do a half ass job installing the carpet. You think 9 hours to install 1000 square ft of carpet that was one big room and a hallway is a bit long? I did.
