I’ve been going to this group for 30 plus years. Starting with Dr. Gill and for some time now Dr. Leisring. I have always enjoyed the doctors but the office staff not so much. Very abrupt, not friendly, borderline rude and just not what you expect from such great doctors. I cringe when I go in and see who is working because I know what to expect. However, the girl that does the testing is always pleasant and I look forward to chatting with her. Because I like Dr. Leisring so much and the fact I dont have to go more than once a year, I will continue to go but when he retires, I will find a new office. I get contacts only because the frame selection is limited and cost is high for the quality offered.

I don’t know where the other people that reviewed went to, but it certainly was not my experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were great about getting me in during my time constraints. Dr. Leisering was great about discussing what options would work best for me.

Dr. Leisering is great but the attitude of some of the receptionists is terrible and makes it not worth going in. They are rude on the phone and prefer not to be helpful, and in person they are not any nicer. Plenty of other affordable options with much better customer service.

This place is nothing but an eyeglass factory. I felt like a car on an assembly line. The«first» exam was so fast, I was not surprised she missed the fact I have macular degeneration(my first visit there so I didn’t say anything about it). «Second» exam by optometrist also missed it. Even though I BARELY need reading glasses in one eye(1.0x), I was asked THREE times if I wanted prescription lenses(there is a wall of frames the entire length of the place). RIPOFF.
