Target Stores

Excellent Target. Very clean, well stocked, overall friendly staff. Great pharmacy service. Ample parking and it’s well lit. Only negative is they’re constantly moving the natural household items like soap refills and kitchen/​bath cleaners to different aisles for no obvious reason and I have to hunt for their new location when I need them. An inconvenience but still a great store.

Very nice Target. Friendly staff, clean facilities and never too crowded. They have nice selection and good prices. They carry fresh groceries (fruit an veggies) etc. One of my favorite Targets in Columbus area. Will continue to frequent this store.

This target is ok. I much prefer the Lennox location.
The Grove City location is never quite as stocked as you’d like. The endcaps are usually filled with things that aren’t actually on sale so it looks haphazard.
It’s like they block the wifi in there so you can’t actually use their cartwheel or coupon apps. I tried several times to sign into the actual target wifi (which i hate because all internet safety advises against signing into open wifi’s) but i couldn’t sign in.
As someone else said, a Target is a Target. I shop there all the time because I like the products and it’s close to home. But I actually enjoy shopping at the campus location a lot more.

Very clean and well organized department store. I prefer this to the near by Walmart or other stores. They hire elderly to work the registers which is commendable but it makes the lines move slow some times although my longest wait here is shorter than my shortest wait at Walmart. They always seem to have what I am looking for and for a fair price. The food section is good for quick shopping trips but save your monthly grocery shopping trips for some other place. If I can go, get what I want, get a little side tracked and still get back to work in 30 mins then I am happy. I have never had an issue doing that with this Target.

A Target is a Target. I’ve been shopping at this location since it opened and have yet to have a poor experience. I’m not sure what the other reviewers expect or if their standards are too high. When I go to a discount/​department store, I do not want to be bugged around every corner by «How can I help you?». If I need help, I’ll ask for it, and I have never NOT gotten it at this location. This is pretty much my «go to» for any shopping errand I need to run unless it is a specialty item or I want fashion clothes. That said, I’ve bought my share of clothes and home items from Target and have always been satisfied. This store is clean, well-​stocked, and easy to get in/​out of quickly. I’m there at least once a week.
The Starbucks is a plus.

This is probably the best target I’ve been to before. Everything was great about the store. The customer service was spot on, and precise and there was always someone nearby who could help, with actually solid information. I’ve always loved products from target, so their products were of course no issue, and everything was in good placement. This is also the closest Target to those of us south of downtown, so I’m happy it’s a good one! I’m sure to come back here many more times.

Target is my favorite store. But this Target is terrible. There seems to be one cashier that I always end up getting that for some reason does not like me. Their customer service is terrible, employees pass by you and don’t even ask if you need help, even if it’s obvious that you need help, even if you try to ask. Nobody looks at you its as if they just don’t care about their customers, on more than one occasion I’ve seen agroup of employees standing around in the woman’s clothing section taking about parties. Once again I love target it’s like a home away from home so I’m very disappointed that my local Target is this terrible and I really don’t even like going there when I have to. I go only when I really have to and as little as possible. Bad customer service takes the happy out of target.

Clean store & friendly staff. The meat and produce always look great, I do all of my grocery shopping here.

As Caz M. stated in her review, I will not darken the doorstep of THIS target location EVER again. Once was enough. The employees are rude and have zero concept of customer service let alone just plain old courtesy. That being said, this is the first negative experience that I have had in a Target — guess I will drive the extra 15 miles to the Hilliard store. Anyway, I spent and hour and a half shopping and had a cart full of goodies — I’m guessing $ 400 dollars worth of home goods, clothing, makeup, etc. Anyway, after being in the store that long I needed to go to the rest room. I parked my cart close to the customer service desk, looked around for someone to tell that I would be back and saw the CS person walking into the office adjacent to the restroom area. I placed my cart in such a way that I hoped it did not look abandoned only to find it was completely gone when I returned a few minutes later. Let me say right now, that I completely understand them thinking the cart had been left and doing something with it, but here is where Target FAILED miserably. I asked the CS person (the one who had walked into the office that I couldn’t tell I would be back) where my cart was. She said it had probably been ‘reshopped’. I said, really, because I just left it a few minutes ago, you walked in the office back there right in front of me. She just stared at me. So I say, okay, does that mean I can perhaps find my cart being pushed around the store by an employee who is putting back my items? She shrugged (I could have smacked her at this point). I take off, visiting the departments I had visited and found nothing. I will tell you that this was mid-​afternoon on a weekday and the store was not busy, so scanning the store wasn’t difficult. I returned to the CS desk to find the same rude CS person and approached the desk. I said I had scanned the store and had not found an employee with my cart — JUST as I said this I noticed a HUGE Smith & Hawkin basket that I had selected in one of their carts for restocking and said, that was my basket. She said what else did you have? I said, so you took my cart, and put all my stuff in carts to be restocked, let me walk all around the store fruitlessly and were rude too?! She just smirked at me. This is when I smiled and very nicely stated that a store who would pay her salary would get none of my money and I turned and walked out. I wasn’t sarcastic, I wasn’t unkind, but I WILL NOT put up with someone in a CS position being a passive-​aggressive bully!

Love Target so very much. This location seems ok, probably one of the newer builds. This is always a place I love to visit for seasonal stuff, especially halloween!

One of the best retailers around. Quality merchandise at affordable prices!

I’m never going back to this location. The cashiers on several different occassions have been extremely rude and once a manager was called for a problem & he more or less asked «what do you want me to do about it?» Ugh. I’d rather be mauled by the massive crowds at Wal Mart.
