I was pretty amped up to go here and find some new ski apparel.
The store is a decent size, but they had some crazy sale going on and it definitely was too crowded! People can be rude when there’s a good deal! Everything in the store was marked down with additional percentages off of everything! It really depends on what you buy! Items that were fairly expensive had a lot less off compared to the Cheaper ones.
I question the quality of the items here because I have bought my north face ski jacket at a Macy’s and the quality is definitely different as the way it feels and fits! I’m sure it’s because it’s the outlets but if I am going to spend the money, I’d spend more to get better quality! I’m sure certain items are the same quality but majority of them are definitely not the same!
The staff members are helpful and willing to help you find the sizes that you may need!
I would probably come back to browse around the store, but definitely not going to make a trip here!

My friend purchased a jacket from this store 2 months before thanksgiving with $ 120. On black Friday the same jacket was marked as $ 199.99 with 40% of, which is still $ 120. Thank god there is no right size. But I feel my intelligence is insulted.

Great spot to find discount priced North Face.
The store is well stocked and easy to navigate. I wish they had more of the accessories offered from their website, but nevertheless they had a lot to pick through. They offer coats, jackets, clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and kids so they have the whole family covered.
Customer service is also very good at this particular location. The sales really now their product and are eager to answer any questions you might have.
Insider Tip: Be sure to try on the coats or jackets you want before you leave as a lot of them are cut smaller to a pretty much European fit. You don’t want to have to make the hour plus trek all the way back because something didn’t fit do you?
