Seems like Im not the only one having some shit service from this company. Ken seems to have gotten it from Sales while I got it from their support. Now We alread had a two post server rack from them which worked fine. So we bought a four post as an upgrade and it was crooked. Servers which fit in the two post simply would not fit in parts of the four. That’s a fucking manufacturing defect. After writing to their customer service department and having several exchanges, they spent all of their time refuting the problem and providing anything BUT customer service. Saying that the rack was in «spec» and such. Really? your shit doesn’t follow the spec of the other rack we own which is also from YOUR company. Avoid these folks like the plague, too many other good vendors out there, where if you pay a little more you get rock solid quality and service, unlike this shit show.

I called into this company and I asked for sales. The salesperson came on and I requested that he provide me a quote on a RACK that I needed for a project. He quoted me $ 750.00. Upon receiving the quote over the phone, I then got a PO signed off by my company and submitted the PO. I needed the product before the weekend for a time that I had scheduled engineers to deploy some servers. Two days passed and I still didn’t have tracking information. I asked my purchasing person to call them and ask for tracking. We were informed that the PO was never processed because the couldn’t honor the price. The price was now $ 985.00 instead of $ 750.00. I was forced to buy the same rack through a distributor for $ 850.00 and then had to pay $ 1250.00 in freight costs to get it there via 2-day shipping. Needless to say, I’ll never buy another product of theirs again.
